Ticket Information

Tickets for all State Farm Center events may be purchased at the Illinois Ticket Office service windows, online at StateFarmCenter.com, or by phone at 1-866-ILLINI-1 (866-455-4641). All tickets are subject to applicable facility fees and order charges.

Fighting Illini Men’s and Women’s Basketball tickets are available online and can be purchased by phone at 1-866-ILLINI-1 (866-455-4641). On game days, tickets are also available at the Illinois Ticket Office service windows. For premium seating information and sales, contact Illinois Premium Seating at 217-244-7722.

The Illinois Ticket Office accepts payment in the form of VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and personal checks.  **BEGINNING JANUARY 1, 2024, THE ILLINOIS TICKET OFFICE WILL BE CASHLESS**

There are no refunds or exchanges on any ticket purchased for a State Farm Center concert, game or event.  Ticket prices are subject to change at the discretion of the show or venue.  In a situation where a show is cancelled or rescheduled, please contact the original point of purchase for information about refunds.

• Monday – Friday: 12 p.m. - 5 p.m. 
• No Saturdays or Sundays except days of shows or games or ticket on-sale dates. 
• The Ticket Office is open for shows: Saturday or Sunday at 2pm (time may vary based on show start time). For Illini Basketball games, 1 1/ 2 hours before game time, subject to change at any time for any event. The ticket office windows will also open for on-sales at the on-sale time only and will only remain open approximately 2 hours after the on-sale begins or when the line is gone.
• Holidays: State Farm Center is closed on major holidays unless an event is taking place at the venue. Ticket Office hours may vary on holidays. Please call 1-866-ILLINI-1 (866-455-4641) for exact hours of operation.

Pre-purchased tickets via StateFarmCenter.com or by phone can be picked up at the Illinois Ticket Office Will Call windows located inside the main west lobby of State Farm Center beginning (2) days after the on sale. The customer whose name is on the order must present their valid photo ID to collect the tickets.

If a customer wishes to collect tickets that are not in his/her name, the original purchaser must call the Illinois Ticket Office and request another name be added as an alternate pick-up. The Illinois Ticket Office is prohibited from providing will call tickets to anyone other than the individual whose name is listed on the order or has been added to an order as an alternate pick-up.

• For most concerts: under 2 years do not need a ticket, but they must sit on the lap of the ticket holder. All children 2 years and older require a ticket to enter. There are shows that require everyone to have a ticket. For all family shows, the policy varies by show so please check each individual event on StateFarmCenter.com for more information.
• Fighting Illini Basketball games: Age 2 and under need a ticket, which can be purchased for $5 (lap seat). Women’s games, age 2 and under are not required to have a ticket.
